With regular commissions, a sketch will be sent in for approval. At the sketch stage, any amount of changes may be requested aside from a complete overhaul. I will only proceed to the next stage after the sketch has been approved by the client

After the sketch has been approved, I will proceed to finish the commission

For customs, there are extra check-in stages with a roughly colored in sketch and after that with the clean lineart and colors. The same rules as above apply

Once the commission or custom is finished, only very minor changes can be requested without charge

Estimated turnaround time is 1-2 months

Complexity fees may be applied to all types of commissions

All payments are to be made through PayPal. You will receive an invoice, therefore you must be willing to provide me with your paypal email address

Payment must be provided in 24 hours. Otherwise you will lose your commission slot

I can only do holds of 24 hours max

I retain the right to use the final product for adveritsement purposes

I retain the right to post the final product/any wips to my social media sites

Reposting is allowed with credit. Please directly @ me or link back to my DA/TH page or commission site. If uploading to Toyhouse, credit sugarslugs

I do not allow any edits to my art. If you want a design/commission you purchased to be edited, message me about it. I'll usually do it for free unless it's something super major!

Use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Commercial rights for a design/art piece may be purchased

I do NOT under ANY circumstance allow for my work to be sold as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or used in AI generated content

I retain the right to completely refuse or cancel your commission at any point for any reason I see fit. In case this happens and you have already paid, you will naturally always receive a full refund

If you're unsatisfied with the final product, you will not receive a refund and I will not redo a commission unless you are willing to pay for it again

Please ask me before sharing any wips of your commissions publicly!

Unwatermarked art will not be given out for any reason

For one-off designs, do not sell for more than you bought for and always credit me for the original design, even if the character has been redesigned by someone else. For CS designs, follow that CS' Terms of service. Commercial use is strictly prohibited on all my designs unless discussed with me.
